Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition

  • Products must be returned with original packaging and accessories

  • Proof of purchase is required

Products that have been used, damaged, or altered may not be eligible for return.

How to Start a Return

  • Reason for return
  • Photos if the item is damaged or defective

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos or videos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
