HandsNHorizons products are covered by a limited 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects.

Warranty Coverage

The warranty covers:

• Manufacturing defects
• Malfunction during normal and proper use
• Issues related to product workmanship or materials

Warranty period: 30 days from the delivery date.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by misuse, drops, or accidents
• Improper battery installation or charging
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications

Warranty Claims

To submit a warranty claim, please contact handsnhorizons@hotmail.com and provide:

• Order number
• Description of the issue
• Photos or videos showing the problem

If the claim is approved, we may offer a replacement or other appropriate solution.
